How to Participate?

Step 1
Purchase at least ONE set of ZENSO Advance package from any Wellous®’s authorised sales representative during the campaign period (from 21st September 2022 to 30th November 2022).
Step 2
Register a personal account on zensodiet.com after purchasing ZENSO Advance package.
Step 3
To participate, visit <Lose 2 Win> campaign page on zensodiet.com, fill in your personal details and submit your complete details by 1st November 2022.
Step 4
You may start to consume ZENSO Advance package once you have done registered.
(*participant MUST start consuming ZENSO Advance package latest on 1st November 2022).
Step 5
Download ZENSO APP, pair ZENSO Body Composition smart scale to the APP via Bluetooth.
(*kindly make sure your smart scale has been successfully connected to ZENSO APP every time to ensure the weighing results are being recorded in the APP).
Step 6
Participants are required to use ZENSO Body Composition smart scale to record the weighing results during the FIRST day of consuming ZENSO Advance package.
Step 7
Participants MUST upload the screenshots of your weighing results during the FIRST day, 7th day, 14th day, 21st day & 30th day of consuming ZENSO Advance package (“main page” and “history” in your ZENSO APP), full body images captured from front and sides (left & right) (*you are recommended to wear WHITE fitted shirt and fitted pants) and a video of weighing yourself using ZENSO Body Composition smart scale with the weight on scale shown in the video to <Lose 2 Win> campaign page on zensodiet.com.
Step 8
Upon completion of 30-day ZENSO Advance package, participants are required to use ZENSO Body Composition smart scale again and ensure that your weighing results are recorded in ZENSO APP (participants MUST complete your 30-day challenge latest by 30th November 2022).
Step 9
Kindly ensure all the weighing results have been submitted according to the exact dates to complete the submission and notify your authorised sales representative who you made your purchase of ZENSO Advance package with to follow up on the status of your submission.
Step 10
Participants who have completed and qualified for the ZENSO <Lose 2 Win> challenge will be contacted or receive a confirmation email from Wellous® within 5 working days after the submission of results.

Campaign Terms & Conditions:

1）ZENSO [Lose 2 Win] (“Campaign”) is a 30-day healthy weight management challenge organised by Wellous Sdn Bhd. This Campaign will run from 21st September 2022 to 30th November 2022, and it is open to ALL Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 18 and above.  
2）This Campaign is ONLY open to the consumers of ZENSO Advance package.
3）Participants who wish to join the Campaign are required to register at the “Contest” page on zensodiet.com.
4）Registration for the Campaign starts on 21st September 2022 and ends on 1st November 2022. For participants who have registered, you MUST start consuming ZENSO Advance package latest by 1st November 2022.
5）Participants MUST submit the below materials to the “Contest” page on zensodiet.com.
Latest by 1st November 2022:
• Body weight and body fat percentage on the 1st day of consuming (screenshot of “main page” and “history” in your ZENSO APP)
• Full body images captured from front and sides (left & right) on the 1st day of consuming
• Record a video of you weighing yourself (1st day) using ZENSO Body Composition Smart
Scale, kindly ensure your weight on scale is shown in the video
Latest by 4th December 2022:
• Body weight and body fat percentage on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 30th day of consuming (screenshot of “main page” and “history” in your ZENSO APP)
• Full body images captured from front and sides (left & right) on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 30th day of consuming
• Record a video of you weighing yourself (7th, 14th, 21st and 30th day) using ZENSO Body Composition Smart Scale, kindly ensure your weight on scale is shown in the video
Late submission or incomplete information submitted shall be deemed as a waiver to the Campaign.
6）Participants MUST register your account on ZENSO APP and zensodiet.com using the SAME email address.
7）Participants MUST ensure the results of your body weight and body fat percentage are measured through the ZENSO Body Composition smart scale, and recorded in the ZENSO APP.
8）Participants MUST adhere to the proper consumption methods and complete your 30-day challenge. The authorised sales representative will follow up on your progress from time to time.
9）Participants are strictly prohibited from consuming other weight management products during the Campaign. It shall be deemed as a waiver if you are found to be in violation of this terms.
10) Participants MUST lose at least 5kg of body weight and at least 2% of your body fat in order to qualify for a prize.
11) Wellous reserves the right to collect and use the weight loss results and images (both before and after) submitted by the participants for marketing purposes.
12) Wellous reserves the rights to amend or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
13) Wellous decision on all matters relating to the Campaign will be final and binding.
